How to Make Seaweed Rice, Wakame Gohan?
Seaweed rice, wakame gohan, is a popular menu item in school lunches in Japan. The point to cook it is to mix the flaked wakame, called takikomi wakame made by Mishima into the cooked rice instead of cooking the wakame together. The wakame seaweed whets the appetite, and the a little salty taste makes this dish great for a rice recipe.

Instructions
Cook Rice
- Wash rice with cold water in a pot
- Put water into a pot. Adjust the amount of water to the line of the rick cooker pot. 12.2 oz of rice's line is 2. Turn on the rice cooker to start cooking
Mix Takikomi Wakame
- After rice cooking is done with a rice cooker, put takikomi wakame into the cooked rice
- Leave it with closing rice cooker's lid for 10 munites to steam the rice and takikomi wakame.
- Ready to eat!
