  • 5 PCS Cucumber

  • 1 tsp Ground sesame

Cutting

  • Wash cucmbers
    Whole cucumbers
  • Cut off the edge of the cucumbers
    Edge of the cucmbers
  • Cut the cucumbers into bite-sized pieces
    Cut cucumbers
  • Put the cut cucumbers into a storage container
    Seasoning cucumbers

Seasoning

  • Sprinkle 1 tsp salt over the cucumbers
  • Put the lid and shake it to make the cucumbers salted.
  • Leave it for 2 to 3 hours.

Marinating

  • Put 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tsp ground garlic on the salted cucumber.
  • Put ground sesame on the marinated cucumber and now ready to eat!
