- 1 tsp Ground garlic paste

Cutting
- Wash cucmbers
- Cut off the edge of the cucumbers
- Cut the cucumbers into bite-sized pieces
- Put the cut cucumbers into a storage container
Seasoning
- Sprinkle 1 tsp salt over the cucumbers
- Put the lid and shake it to make the cucumbers salted.
- Leave it for 2 to 3 hours.
Marinating
- Put 1 tbsp sesame oil and 1 tsp ground garlic on the salted cucumber.
